The access form collects your first name, last name, and email, plus the time you gave consent, the language of the form, and this document version (2026-09-23). We use that to review the request, email you the outcome, and — if we approve it — create an account and send a link to set a password.

The request is stored in our database and a copy is emailed to the people who review access (hello@askcfo.ai). Mail is sent through Cloudflare Email. We keep the record while the request is open and afterwards so we can show what you agreed to, until you ask us to delete it.

Formularz zbiera imię, nazwisko i e-mail oraz czas zgody, język formularza i wersję dokumentów (2026-09-23). Służą one do rozpatrzenia prośby, maila z wynikiem, a po akceptacji — do założenia konta i wysłania linku do ustawienia hasła.

Prośba zostaje w naszej bazie, a kopia idzie mailem do osób rozpatrujących dostęp (hello@askcfo.ai). Pocztę wysyła Cloudflare Email. Zapis trzymamy przez czas rozpatrywania i później, żeby móc pokazać treść zgody, do chwili gdy poprosisz o usunięcie.
